"Dr Eramilli is a wonderful doctor, but her office is understaffed to point where neither texts or phone calls are answered. And they don't call in/fax all the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get 2 of my prescriptions filled. Sadly because of her understaffed office, I am probably going to switch doctors."

"I have been a patient of Dr. E for years and so has my family. Several members of my family see her as well. I am not sure what is happening but the staff members are dropping the ball. First off you can't make an appointment by calling you have to text. You can text and your messages go unresponded to for days. This was never the case before. The person at the Tucker location is always on her phone either on social media or texting but can't seem to respond to the messages patients regarding care. I was unable to get a prescription that I needed once due to the way it was written and I was traveling and that took days to rectify due to poor communication. You can text, they respond and you respond right back within a second and they don't respond back at all. I am beyond disappointed! I love Dr. E and Dr. Patel. They're excellent, but the staff they have responsible for communicating with patients and appointments are awful and causing them to lose business. My family members complained of the same thing! To go in to an office and see the person on their personal cell phone doing whatever but knowing that it took you days to even get a reply to get an appointment, that's pitiful. There's doctors everywhere. People will go where they feel cared for. To Dr. E, thank you for how amazing you have been and I am sorry for you that there is some staff members that are not doing what you pay them to do and causing your patients to want to look elsewhere."

"Please don’t waste your time. This place should be called Copay not symed, they will charge you a copay when you need copies of your own documents and I also had a copay when I needed my meds refilled. So if you don’t mind giving up a copay every time you need something or have a question, this place is for you. Next, we will have to pay a copay when you call them too."

"I have been a patient at SyMed for over 20 years and always received excellent care. I am not sure what 's happening at the Lawrenceville location, but I have been waiting for 2+ months for a prior authorization to receive medication. Lawrenceville office you get two stars. I am very disappointed."
