"The nurse I saw was very nice. Dr. Tyra Harris needs to get her attitude and ego checked out. She was disrespectful speaking to me and had no beside manners whatsoever. I came in for a stomach bug and she was convinced I had uti before she saw me (which I was tested for and I did not plus I did not have the symptoms). I asked if I would be treated for the stomach upset and she snapped at me for my questions and didn’t listen to my answers. The front staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating (I had insurance but it wasn’t processing so I had to pay out of pocket). I even called the insurance for confirmation and the front staff said they would do something about it but once the front staff hung up the phone they said they couldn’t help me. It was very expensive and I would’ve been better off elsewhere or not going."

"I dropped my headphone case & it rolled under the curtain into another patients room. I stepped out my room & asked a lady named MICHELLE if she can grab it for me. She sucked her teeth with an attitude, but still got my headphone case. Im not sure what she had an attitude for, but oh well. Try to avoid MICHELLE if you do come here. There is another nurse in here named SELINA, which was one of the best encounters I’ve ever had at a health clinic. She has an amazing personality & she’s very knowledgeable with excellent customer service."

"I have been to this Urgent care multiple times and as long as I have had an appointment, I've gotten in right away without having a long wait time. You can book an appointment time online and fill out paperwork prior to coming in, which will save you wait time. The facility is clean and the staff is communicative. I felt like I was heard and treated in an appropriate manner. Keep it up!"
