"East Hospital is a OUTSTANDING MENTAL Health facility. They are Professional, offer evidence based treatment, they keep the patients SAFE, THEY ARE CLEAN, THEY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND ACTUALLY LISTEN AND TRY TO DEVELOP A FEASIBLE PATH TO STABILITY. THEY DESERVE Five STARS FOR THEIR MENTAL HEALTH MODEL IN KEEPING THE MALES AND FEMALES SEPARATE IN THEIR TREATMENT TEAMS. THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD, THE TECHS, SECURITY IS OUTSTANDING, THE THERAPIST ARE ALL WELL TRAINED,.. AMAZING"
"My Therapist and Doctor are perfect. It’s the woman at the front desk that has NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY for patients when they genuinely need help. I missed my appointment because I overslept which was indeed my fault. The issue, however, is I been out of my medication for a month now. Missing medication for mental health issues has SERIOUS side effects. ANYONE working in this field SHOULD know this. I wasn’t expecting to be seen today but there should be some kind of protocol for this with the serious medical injuries that can come from missing these medications. YES I went off on her because I KNOW she’s aware of this. I am bipolar and off my medication. On top of that, she refused to transfer me to the crisis team because she didn’t like how I spoke to her… however, I was kind and pleasant towards her the last few weeks I’ve been calling and she has not been helpful. She literally needs to be fired. I’m contacting a lawyer if my issues aren’t resolved by Wednesday because at this point, I’m spiraling and this woman is the block between me getting the help I need and losing my mind. Somebody needs to CALL ME ASAP."
"Don’t try to get a job here you’ll start on all the new hire paperwork and stuff and all they will do is play with you especially their onboarding person they don’t care about anyone but themselves they’re pathetic"
"Its really like they don't care about your health at all. I've had medications that I needed that they didn't wanna provide "just yet" and me end up in the hospital. Not only that delta 9 is a legal form of thc and helps me eat because I'm in chronic pain. They are threatening to take away medication that could put me in the hospital if not taken if I don't stop with the delta 9.even though its the only thing that helps me eat so ill be in the hospital within in a week from not being able to eat because they won't give me Appetite medicine either. Either way I'm in the hospital"
"I’ve been going there for about eleven years. The faculty have always been sweet and understanding. My therapist, Eve, has gone beyond what is expected of her. When I had a car accident and was in the hospital for a month she would call to talk to me. The psychiatrist, Dr. Rowe is caring and gives feedback. She has me on the perfect regimen of medication. The secretaries are polite and helpful and so are the nurses and PAs. I really love this place!"
