"If I could give no starts I would. She prescribes anti-depressants off label and then doesn't care to refill them, and makes you wait a month to get an appointment. She pushes cancer drugs even though I cannot take them. Then she pushes Lyrica and Cymbalta after I said I don't want those. I can never be seen in a timely fashion. With hardly no patients the visit still required 90+ minutes, most just waiting. She couldn't bother to refill the medication I needed even though I've already called and visited the office a second time in the same day. Her office staff is the most hateful I've ever dealt with. She sends her assistant to give weight loss flyers while telling me Tylenol and Advil need to be taken, but if I am going to take so much I need a prescription stomach medicine, that can be bought OTC. Her quality of care was decent several years ago but I would rather suffer and set my copay on fire before being seen by her anymore."
"Doctor Massey herself is very good. But all of her staff feel no urgency for their patients. I’ve been waiting for over a year to start my infusion therapy. I’ve waited for 2 weeks for a call back on medication refill. They finally called me Friday morning and said he’d call it in ASAP.. still no refill. Now I’m having very bad withdrawal symptoms because I haven’t had the strength (lower dose) that I need."
"I arrived to my appointment (early actually) and was taken to a room to get my vitals right away. The assistant took me to another room to wait on Dr. Massey to come in. After sitting on the table undressed for an hour with a paper gown on I left. I understand doctors have a lot going on and they get behind but this doctor is NEVER on time. I value my time so if you value yours I would not go here she doesn’t care how long you wait."
"I'm so thankful to find Dr. Massey's office. She provides excellent care, is very knowledgeable of my chronic illnesses, very professional, and is always compassionate. I receive care monthly at the Montgomery office. Her staff is excellent and I enjoy my 2hr visit with them each month."
"Dr. Massey is the worst doctor. Every patient is diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I went to because my former rhematologist closed. I had my medical records sent to her before my first appointment. She never addressed my osteoarthritis. She simply said that I had fibromyalgia and prescribed 250, 37.5mg Tramadol pills. The second appointment that I had with her, she still did not address my osteoarthritis. She asked if I was still in pain and told me to take 5 37.5mg tramadols a day. I did not schedule another appointment with her. This doctor is a pill supplier nothing else."
