"I would give zero stars if possible. I had a seizure and found out that I have Chiari Malformation. My PCP referred me to this place. I was ecstatic to finally have answers as to why I'd felt so awful my entire life. Constant migraines, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, etc. I really thought I might start to feel better after getting treatment. I don't remember which doctor I saw, but she was a girl. She essentially told me that all my issues were because I'm thin. She told me I couldn't have symptoms of Chiari because "most people don't" (spoiler alert: 70% of people with Chiari have symptoms). I was denied another appointment. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with a doctor. I wanted help for my issues and I was thrown to the curb. In the past year or two, I've been to the ER several times for migraines and heart issues. None of that mattered to them. I just want to be able to function like a normal person, but clearly this place does not care about their patients. If you aren't "bad enough", by their standards, then be prepared to be cast aside and told your symptoms aren't real. Don't go here if you want real help."
"Waited 3 months for my appointment but my visit was great. Check in easy. Waited 10 minutes before called back to room. Waited on my doctor 15 minutes. Staff and Doctor were courteous and professional. Spent about 20 mins with my neurologist and he listened and thoroughly explained the pain I'm experiencing and what he can do to relieve some of, if not all, my symptoms. MRI scheduled with another appt, but I left office feeling more informed and hopeful."
"Dr. Renier on my first visit was polite coming in the door, but then I tried to explain what was going on with me she was very rude saying what I was saying sounds fishy, I have never been so hurt, I'm looking for help I'm the one falling losing consciousness having dizziness and seizure like exposes in front of my grandbabies and other family members, I wouldn't recommend any to her right now. I pray my next appointment with her be a pleasant one."
