"I have read some other reviews and I apologize for those who found the staff communication troubling, your concerns should be heard and it's frustrating when the line of communication for that is obstructed. I've been using the patient portal linked on their website to send messages to the staff and schedule appointments. The staff has been great with responding to messages and the portal benefits the patient and staff relationship by being a record of communication along with other data for your private record like medication, biometrics, etc. As for my experience with the care, I believe Dr. Hammond has expertly navigated everything I needed help with: skin conditions, neurodivergency, and depression/anxiety are some general issues I've seen Dr. Hammond with and he's heard out all my concerns and responded with a network of professionals he can refer you to for the appropriate care."

I have COVID and literally just want to talk to my doctor about it. Yet your front desk people cant seem to answer the phone. If you are looking for a doctor, this place is great! If youre looking for a doctoe who actually will see you or talk to you within 15-30 minutes, this place sucks!!!!"
