Reviews
"Had something come up and I wanted to reschedule my appointment. The next available appointment was three weeks later. They wouldn't refill my prescription until after the appointment. These aren't medications that I can stop for three weeks."
"I wanted to make three appointments for me and my kids. Who ever heard of filling out stuff before you can make an appointment. You just list three new patients. NOT COOL"
"Patients aren't allowed to question their medical care. They get patients upset at this office & Traci us the problem behind a lot of patients problems. There was a misunderstanding about my medicine the pharmacy cvs didn't fill my most expensive medicine first. Medicare said the doctor could override it but Traci was acting like she was the acting Doctor & not relying the message to the NP to try to over ride it to get me a new prescription. Traci terminated me as a patient because she said she over heard me upset on the phone. When she caused the issue. These medical people and office people are the most sorry people who think they can abuse patients like this. Then they deny it when a patient complaints about their bad experience. Besides trying to work with the patients. They kick you to the curb."
"I always have a good experience when I go to or take my kids to appointments with my preferred medical group office in Opelika on hwy 280. From check in, to triage with Nurse Tanya, to exams with NPR Sakeeta Clausell, this office is always friendly, thorough, and helpful to me and my family. I'd give them a 10 if that was an option."
