"1/14/2022 Took my spouse as he was having issues standing/walking. His Dr was off; however Dr Cooper was in. He refused to see/talk to my spouse. Referred him to go to ER as he was NOT a patient of Dr Cooper's. We spent 8 hours in ER for them to file as non emergency & are now being billed for approx $700.00 + $200 for ER visit due to Dr Cooper's actions. My spouse had been a patient of this practice for nearly 40 years...this is treatment he gets? We were in the office & not on the phone trying to make an appt. Dr Cooper could have been courteous to at least see. We advised my spouse's Dr of this incident on 1/29/2022."
