"I have been a patient of dr shah for 4 years with all honesty he is by far the best therapists I have had much progress has been moved from our initial contact going from the moment I walk into his office a feeling of tranquility embodies me and the moment I walk into our session space and I hear that door close I feel I know I am in my safe place unlike a lot of therapies Dr Shah does not take you through how does that make you feel gibberish he greets you with how are you feeling and then embarks of what was addressed during the last session and then his attention to detail is able to make a qualified assessment of how things are going as long as he is in practice I will be his patient and just a small caveat the office staff is great"

"Dr. Shah and his staff are so good with the patients. They help in any way they can. They listen to my problems and do the best they can to help me. I will recommend them to anyone. One more thing, he is very knowledgeable with different kinds of ailments. Because of him I have gone back to other doctors to tell them what's wrong. It was right."

"I hate bringing my child to this doctor's office. The secretary/office clerk is the doctor's wife and she is very rude and racist. I called her 72 hrs before my child's appointment in an attempt to reschedule due to my son having strep throat and she told that he is NOT allowed to miss an appointment. She is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. She talks down to the other workers. I am looking into finding another facility for my child to attend."

"I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. I never even got to see the doctor. The horrific woman that answered the phone had me in tears within three minutes. She kept insisting my insurance was POS when I know it’s PPO. To make matters worse, she said I sounded crazy and should drive myself to the ER for medication. It was so bad I gave up and hung up the phone. I will be contacting the stare board to file a formal complaint."

"He is a great doctor, the problem is his wife the office manager, receptionist, secretary, etc. She is a racist liar!!! She would make my appointments for the wrong days and I would show up and she would say you missed your appointment no show yesterday!!! I would keep my appointment card as proof and show the doctor. I personally told Dr. Shah that his wife does not care for me. He would say she does. I told him she never speaks when I come in, she'd say sign in!!! Very rude woman. She had me down as a no show or late for eight months in a row!!! I asked the doctor how can that be true when you've seen me in the right months, however I lost two loved ones and had to reschedule. I faxed, US mailed and texted the doctor. She has never given him my letters!!! This has been going on since January. I called and Karen answered the phone she made an appointment for August 31st. Then she said I'll have to call you back Monday after wifey heard her say my name. Karen never called back. Lastly, for the last three years there have been 8 receptionists working there or just her!!! № one can work with this rude racist woman. She needs to be reported because she reads all files and knows all of his patients business!!! So enter at your own risk!!!"
