"It's been an incredibly frustrating relationship. My wife was a patient for several years. It was time for me to get a new study so I wanted to switch over. BIG MISTAKE! My wife tells me the service was better before COVID but that helps me little now. I had to call and call to get an appointment that was months out. Then I had to wait a couple of months to get an in-home sleep study. They canceled an appointment on me and then billed me for it. That took weeks to get them to credit my account. I finally got my machine but now noone will help get the settings adjusted so I can sleep at night. I'll be leaving them soon, but do yourself a favor and save the hassle of following in my footsteps."

"My daughter had a wonderful TH experience with Dr.Pitts. He was very attentive and answered all her questions. Machae was extremely helpful and kind. She made my daughter feel comfortable and kept her updated on the timing of her visit. "My first sleep study and I had high anxiety leading up to this appointment. My the worst with names but this young lady was freaking amazing!! She had such a great personality which helped me relax. She explained everything clearly and provided a since of security. I which I could remember her name so I an give her credit. I was in on this past Monday night 10/2 at 8. Maybe the facility can post her name for me. The facility itself was nice and the room was very comfortable."

"Very unprofessional and poorly handled. We scheduled a sleep study for Friday 9/1 at 8pm at the Johns Creek facility. We arrive at 7:40pm and the facility is completely shut down. We speak with the Perimeter location and they advise someone will arrive by 8pm. It’s 8:15pm and still no technician in sight. Around 9pm we speak with a supervisor named Shakira and she advises us they tried calling to reschedule because there was no technician available for today but that my number on file was incorrect (even though they’ve called for a consultation before). I had also received an email confirmation for 9/1 Friday so they could’ve sent me an email notifying me of the schedule change request but they did not. She asks me to call back on Tuesday after Labor Day which I did and they exclaim I’ll be given a gas card for compensation but do not know the amount on the card? I had to pay $1,155 up front for the sleep study, get a babysitter for my other 2 children and husband leave work early (restaurant manager) to make the sleep study appointment on 9/1 and they refused to give me a partial discount or credit for any of my troubles when this was 100% their mistake! They even exclaimed the scheduling issue has been on multiple occasions now. I cancelled all services not wanting to trust my daughters sleep evaluation with such unprofessional and disorganized people and they have still not settled my full refund! Unacceptable!!"
