"Billed the wrong insurance, now 3 months later I receive a bill. On hold over 1 hour with customer service. Unable to reach a human via phone or online. They did not bill the insurance I provided them. Horrible service, will not return"
"I have never been so disgusted with a location in all my life. 1st offense: I showed up on time to my appointment only for one of the ladies (being very generous with that term) to tell me it was canceled prematurely. 2nd offense: She spoke with the most disrespectful tone towards me as if I was waisting her breath by making her do her job. 3rd offense: Rather than trying to make up for a mistake on her part, she just said come back tomorrow because of course I don't already have other plans or anything else to do but wait for you guys to get your act together. The final slap in the face was she decided she was done speaking with me about it & called other people in as to dismiss me from her presence. Do not come here cannot be stressed enough. I have been to 4 different locations with this being the absolute worse in just disregarding people’s time."
"The WORST minute clinic. Do not come here. The NP Gayann Masam is horrendous. she will not look at you and refuses to help you but will continue to charge your account. I have a bill sitting in my account because I went in to this clinic after years of going with no issues to a completely new staff. This staff claimed they “did not take my insurance” (remember I’ve been coming to this exact location and others with the same insurance with no issues for years). She then refused to give me the proper testing, did not provide me with a diagnosis, AND did not give me any advice or medicine at the time. AND GUESS WHAT… I went to the American Family Care and found out I had the flu. Fire Gayann Masam. She is the absolute worst NP I have ever encountered."
"I paid for a tuberculosis blood test. the blood draw failed twice and it took three times for the practitioner to draw actual blood from my veins and the next day a lab technician called me and said the practitioner didn't even draw enough blood for the test to work. The needle was incorrectly taken out of my arm and left a big and ugly bruise and caused a lot of bleeding. No refund was provided. Extremely terrible experience. The practitioner also said something to me and I paraphrase: I never missed a vein since I started here, but I used to work in the ER and I did miss, but they were like 90 year olds and half dead you know. I didn't think too much of the ridiculously low rating of this place until now. I would have avoided coming here."
"I normally like coming to this location because the healthcare providers are very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the lady with dark brown hair was completely rude and unprofessional. Not only was she significantly late (25+minutes) to our appointment, returning from her lunch it seemed. She was completely dismissive of the pain my husband was feeling. She didn’t even let him finish explaining what he was feeling when she interrupted him and said “I can’t help you. You should just go to an urgent care!” No explanation. I tired to ask her a follow up question on where she recommends, or why she said she couldn’t help us but before I could even finish saying one world she repeated “ just got to an urgent care. I can’t help”. She didn’t even once looks at my husband or me when we were speaking to her. She just kept looking at her computer. Didn’t even open the door for us when we left. It really felt like she was kicking us out. It’s unfortunate because everyone else that I have encountered here has been kind, professional, and they make you feel taken care of. I hope she can learn from her interactions and be more tactful in the future."
