"I was a patient for years here, and Dr. Rafique saved my life. He is the best doctor I have ever had. ( and I have seen many, trust me). He is very thorough, articulate, and geniune. He is also very empathetic, companissonate, and a medical intuitive. He spends quality time with his patients and he is one of the rare few doctors who cares about your overall health and isn't there just for a paycheck. His staff are amazing, good people, as well. I had to go elsewhere to find a different doctor due to the medical insurance I have now. I highly recommend Dr. Rafique and the Snellville clinic."
"The front desk staff (petite black young lady) was extremely rude and more than unprofessional. I was a 1st time patient and upon arrival, I realized I had left my wallet (yes, I wanted to scream). I informed her and presented my photo work ID, my insurance info and offered her a copy of my drivers license I had sent to my mortgage co (had my iPad). I understand not being seen but she rolled her eyes, took multiple deep breathes and began lecturing me on driving without a license. I asked her to repeat herself and SHE DID!! She said she would accept a copy of my license but SHE WOULD not print it out! I asked to speak with office manager. He was great and informed me that this was typically a good worker but had personal problems. I did not return as I am 47 yrs old and cannot recall being treated so poorly. I asked the young lady if she thought I left my wallet intentionally and she said "maybe because she had never left her wallet or drove without a license. I congratulated her on being better than the rest of society. You would have thought I was begging! It seemed like a nice practice and this young lady, regardless of her personal problems, does not have the authority to represent the practice in this manner. Fortunate for me, I have great insurance and a great income which means I have choices! Unfortunately for the practice, her rudeness and sense of self righteous does impact their bottom line. I may be only one patient but it always starts with 1."
