"I took my Mother in to get checked to err on the side of caution because of a few lingering symptoms that concerned me. We've been to quite a few Urgent Care facilities in the past and have unfortunately NOT had the best of experiences. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a pleasant voice and a smile, even though we were a few minutes late. Everything was explained to us and the level of professionalism and quality customer service was stellar throughout the appointment. I would definitely take her (and myself for that matter), back to this facility should the need arise. We had a great experience!"

"Scheduled a visit and was taken to the back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The entire team was great. Great customer service and made my daughter feel very comfortable during her visit. Hopefully we don’t need the urgent care anymore this year, but if we do I will definitely come back."

"RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES!!!! THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY ONCE SO EVER! Idk who is running this place but it’s an absolute joke. Literally ran no different than a city health department. No reason for wait times the same as an ER when they already make you register yourself, leave and return later with an appointment time. Then you’re told to wait longer once arriving for your appointment. That they then don’t call an appointment, it’s then called a slot while they stand around and complain why people are mad. Not to mention extensive HIPPA violations of hearing other patients health information. As well as billing for services not received. Avoid here at all cost if you have any other options, they actually prefer you to go to your own doc and leave them alone…"
