"I ordered eyewear (frame and lenses) on 5-15-20 and was told to give it about 2 weeks to come in. I also specifically requested the cable temples for the frame, and was assured it was on the order..., fast forward 2 weeks - I called to follow up and my glasses were not ready, but they would be in the following week. On that follow up I confirmed with the office the order DID include the cable temples..., a week later on Fri, 6-5-20, 3 weeks after placing my order, I drove an hour to pick up my glasses, but they did not include the cable temples. Now, the office has to follow up and make it right, but they should've checked when the glasses came in if they were as I ordered, and made it right before I drove an hour to pick them up. I believe everyone means well, but was the cable temple on the order, or not, and if so, why didn't someone check when they came in, especially considering the emphasis I gave it. I emphasized it because I knew this could happen, it's not a normal order, but the cable temples were forgotten anyway. Please make this right."
