"I saw the group back in 11/2022 as a well visit. I was only there for a regular visit and to get some refills on some chronic medications. I happened to cough while I was there and the physician happened to mention "I can prescribe something for that". I said sure and didn't think much about it. Obviously they changed the billing from well visit to sick visit and I received a bill 13 months later for the visit. I called to inquire but they told me to talk to their outsourced billing department. Billing department said there is nothing they can do but "don't worry it's not late". Of course not, I just received the bill. If I had known earlier I could have spoke to the practice about changing the coding. I do not plan on returning due to questionable billing practices."

"Dr. McMahon and staff are the best! Not once have I ever felt rushed. He listens carefully and addresses all of my concerns patiently and clearly. Dr. McMahon even took the time to personally call and check on me when I had pneumonia last year. What doctor does that these days!? His support staff is the perfect complement to him as well. When my husband and I had COVID and they did not have available appointments, they called the urgent care for us to be sure we could get in. I have encountered the front desk, nurse, and lab and they are always friendly and helpful! This is a practice that truly cares about their patients!"

"I am a new patient to Dr. McMahon and both times I have been very impressed. The first time was just to introduce myself when I moved to the area about 8 months ago. He had a great bedside manner and eagerly listened to my medical history. Then today I needed a tele-med appointment for medications to resolve a bacterial infection. I needed tele-med because I just came down with Covid 4 days ago and knew I could not go in for an office visit. Shay quickly got me an appointment setup and she told me to expect a call back within 2-3 hours. Dr. McMahon called me back over an hour ahead of schedule (I greatly appreciated that). He spent a great deal of time on the call with me to help diagnose the issue and prescribe the proper meds. I am thankful that I found Dr. McMahon and I highly recommend him."

"Dr. McMahon is the best of the best! My family and I drive over an hour one way to see him because we haven't ever had such a caring and knowledgeable PCP. We have been patients of his for many years and followed him when he moved to Northside. Shay is such a ray of sunshine and is always on top of things. His staff is just as caring and kind as he is. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting an appointment. I don't trust anyone else with our care."

"Me and my husband have been researching pcp docs in the area and decided we would like to see Dr. Daniel McMahon. Super disappointed by the lady I spoke with this afternoon trying to get an appointment. She took almost 10 mins for me to just explain my need for an appt and I was having to schedule while I’m at work also . So no appt bc she hung up on me when I placed her on a 10 sec hold while I was at work after giving all of my info . No call back from her either . If their front office is like this is the nurses and dr the same? Prob and hopefully not but not a good face for the practice. Guess I’ll keep looking in the area bc customer service is no longer available"
