"This is by far the WORST ABA center I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff member are USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. They will cancel your sessions and won't even bother to call or send any emails to notify the parents. They canceled our sessions over 3 times without letting us know and had us drive all the way to the center only to be sent back and upset our child. And when you ask them why they didn't notify you they just look at you like you have two heads. Very unprofessional, rude, and useless! Do NOT send your child here! You will be very sorry! This center needs to be shut down. Doesn't even deserve one star! Disgusting!!!!!"

"Stumbled upon this place by accident because I was given the wrong address. The black lady with the hazel eyes was VERY rude and had a really nasty attitude when attempting to explain that I was in the wrong place. I’m blessed that I don’t have to bring my child here because lord, Id hate to have to interact with her again. Somehow this review got uploaded onto another one of my Google accounts so naturally I had to post on the correct account."

"I hate to leave this review but I just feel like other people should be aware. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was trying to schedule a tour to see if this place would be a good fit for my daughter. Im glad I didn’t. I have a co worker whose son attends and she told me that the sanitation here is terrible! You would think since this is a place for kids, the least they could do is keep it clean and disinfected. She is already thinking about pulling her kid out. Watch out parents!"

"She hanged up on me and didn't let me finish what i was asking. I kindly asked about the service provided and she just said replied in an angry tone and hanged up without letting me finish my other questions. I dont recommend, I wonder what their aba therapy would sound like if they were impatient and rude like this on the phone. I called around 10:30 am on december 14 2022. Whoever was in charge of responding to phone calls at that time should get more training"
