"The NP is rude as hell, I clearly have a confirmation code for my son for a 650 appt with the same address as this location. She said there is nothing she can do because she doesn’t see him on the schedule. Not trying to help at all, got an attitude with me because I said I wouldn’t have got this text if I didn’t make the appointment. So disappointed in how rude and unprofessional this NP was!! Leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes you wonder why she isn’t working in a real doctors office!!!!!!"

"Ask for 1 blood pressure pill because I was traveling and forgot my medicine. I understand there are rules and regulations and the Pharmacist made that abundantly clear and that she would be fired if she sold me 1 blood pressure pill. Really? Where has human decency gone? I want her boss to respond to me here on this public review and tell me if you would have fired her over 1 blood pressure pill. If so then I understand but really y'all what if I would have had a problem heading home? I made it but I was pretty dizzy and could have used 1 little pill. Sad situation."

"I didn't think I use this place as a medical option, however after today, I will do just that. My son was tested, diagnosed and treated all under an hour! We got there 15min early as suggest and checked in. The service was efficient, friendly and pleasant. It's clean and also bathroom adjacent. All covid protocols are in effect. I like the pre-check in. I highly recommend this clinic."

"No matter who I see here, they are always the most professional, courteous, helpful, and very pleasant people to see. I have seen Adrien Simpson several times, she is ALWAYS very professional and very personable. To the people that had to take pictures and remarked how terrible this place was how about you don't wait till the last minute to come to the minute clinic when you're so sick and you arrive so late. The main people that were displeased, arrived almost to the closing time. They have a certain time requirement, because it takes different amounts of time for whatever the patient might have, one person May take longer than another, so they have to allow certain amount of time before it's time for them to close. Of course you negative people don't think about how you want to go home to your family too. I am very happy that this minute clinic is in our city, and I am very happy with the service I received, thank you ."
