"I was a patient of Dr. Bruce Wood for 15+ years. After he retired Emory has been awful. I tried to schedule an appointment for a medication refill that I have been taking for 7 years, and the first available appointment wasn’t until 3 months from now!! I was on the phone for over 15 minutes on hold. Absolutely ridiculous."

"If I could give negative stars I would!! I called to schedule an appointment ahead of time, they transferred me to this office to confirm. They specifically told me this office took my insurance and when I got up there after arranging a baby sitter for my infant baby they told me they couldn’t take me because of my insurance. I then offered to self pay and they stated they couldn’t take me because they aren’t taking new patients. I then told them I am in the Emory System and am not a new patient and they still could not take me, they were so uncaring and not helpful DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !"

"Advised the PA that my mother's rheumatologist asked that additional labs be drawn when she ordered bloodwork. She stated that it would not be a problem. The additional bloodwork needed was information that THIS office would need as well to better care for my mother so it could be ordered under the PAs name and I could just send the rheumatologist the results. Either she forgot to add it OR the MA did. Called to get my mother back in for these test to ran and got the absolute run around. Absolutely no help or concern what so ever. Not even sure if the PA was made aware of the issue. Very frustrating."

"Wow. I am very pleased with the team here. No wait at all. The front desk associate was extremely nice. The nurse that did my intake was awesome. She truly cared about my comfort and did an excellent job. Very thorough and kind. The nurse that did my blood work went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and did a fantastic job drawing blood. Very quick and painless. PA Surdick is fantastic. She really took the time to gather all information and give me advice on how to prepare for my upcoming surgery. It has been many years since I have been to a medical practice that truly cares. I highly recommend them!"
