"I have always had a good experience with Dr. Aaron & I recently had a great visit with Dr. Ramshur. My cold was viral - which is frustrating because antibiotics/steroids don’t necessarily treat the virus. But Dr. Ramshur assured me that I was not malingering & that my symptoms tracked with something that was going around. He made suggestions for over the counter meds I should take & told me what symptoms to look for that would indicate an infection or that I was getting worse. More than anything, I felt heard & I felt that Dr. Ramshur, the nurses & office staff were all patient, thorough, and thoughtful even though it was a busy Monday morning. As a minority woman, it’s always comforting when a physician who doesn’t look like you, truly sees you & hears you. It’s priceless."

"Deja was fantastic. I showed up for the wrong appointment date (completely my fault) and she sympathized with me and somehow, by some miracle was able to change my appointment for that day. Dr. Caroline B. Bekele was very professional and very knowledgeable and was very patient in answering all of my health questions. Highly recommended Deja and Dr. Bekele for great service."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Bekele for a standard physical. She had good bedside manner and my appointment was thorough and quick. Her staff is helpful, friendly, and I really felt welcome and cared for. Edit: removed a star due to lack of communication. I needed an important document filled out with my lab results, and was unable to reach Dr. Bekele via the app or via phone despite leaving messages and voicemails. I still feel like the staff was very kind and the first appointment was good, but patients shouldn’t have to self-schedule an entire other appointment just to be able to get in contact with our doctor. I will unfortunately be looking for a new PCP due to these communication issues. They were very kind and apologetic when I explained the issues, and they did not charge me for this second appt I had to make. Will maintain 4 stars for the good service/good personalities, losing 1 for communications issues."

"I had my annual physical appointment with Dr. Scott Ramshur and he was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The front desk staff was very kind. The medical assistant was fantastic, and the person who took blood for labs was excellent as well. Using the online portal that they have was also very easy. All of the results show up in one area and you can use the portal to contact your doctor for any additional questions."

"I've always had a great experience there. From setting an appointment and checking in online, following up on refills or questions, to exams and dr visits. Both doctors I've had in this location take the time listen and sync up. I never feel rushed and still I never have to wait long when I get there."
