"They have psychiatrist hang up in your face for no reason even though you’re trying to tell them your problems but they’re rude enough to hang up in your face and no one does anything about it also, no one picks up the phone which is annoying too. I wouldn’t come here for nothing they make you feel like your mental health is not worth enough don’t come here don’t request service here"
"This place needs to be shut down it’s been 2 years and my son still sleeping in a tent downtown these people are trash they put people in there just to collect a check they are the epitome of unprofessional and irresponsible they are playing with peoples lives and don’t have a care in the world someone has that facility open just for the government help and taxes it’s incredible the ignorance and care free response I got"
"Trash. I really needed help so I went here. I should have read rhe reviews first.first they make appointments for you without discussing the times, like you don't have a life. Second they will tell you you were a no show when you never recieved a call. They made my symptoms worse. You go in and ask to speak to the manager and ur told she's on meetings all day. Rt!! I'm over it. I'm a hospice nurse and I see why there are so many people hurting and loosing there minds. People can't even get decent affordable help so they give up. I tried.very dissapointing!! Very unprofessional!!!"
"It would greatly behoove them to have another look at policies for the front desk when they get a phone call, especiallyfor the police. If someone is looking to ask a question, and verifies that not only they are not suicidal, but nor do they have inclination of harm towards anyone else, it does not really make sense to call the police on them. At all. Therapy there might be good, but it does no good if the person that clients first talk to respond in a way that does more harm than good in the end. It's scary, and it kills trust in a system that's supposed to help. If the listening isn't there, then where is the safety for asking for help?"
"They make you see an intake person, a therapist and a "doctor". All three of them ask you the same series of questions. It's redundant and a waste of time. And the "doctor" wrote stuff in my chart that I did not say. They can't think for themselves, they just read from a script like a call center. I realized they're not there to help me. And the front desk staff constantly cancel and reschedule appts. The pharmacy dept are the only people who did their job correctly."
