Y’all need to address whomever is supposed to handle the phone and tell them that they are supposed to ANSWER THE PHONE!"

"I booked an appointment over the phone for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. When he arrived the receptionist was on speakerphone with someone and ignored him for a while, didn’t intake him properly until someone stepped in and told her to and was overall unfriendly. Not to mention the massage therapist was very chatty and spoke about very personal things as well as religion. All wildly unprofessional. My card was on file and was supposed to be marked as the paying party but he was told to pay and had to end up calling me. It was his first massage and it was such an off putting experience.
