"If I could give 0 stars I would I had the worst experience with Dr.Gregory Erdelyan. He was the most unprofessional Dr. he told me that my throbbing veins that were in extreme pain was a “mental problem” and poked at my stomach and said to lose weight. After basically calling me mentally unstable he said he could cut my leg off to fix the problem. I’ve seen so many reviews stating that this doctor is extremely unprofessional he needs to get his license revoked for good. DISGUSTING."
"I had an appointment with USA Vein Clinics in Austell. I showed up for the visit to find out my insurance was denied in January 2023. They said I should have been called prior to let me know. I found out days later they had called but never left a message until after the appointment that I was turned away from. I tried to call them back after they had left a message and I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no option to leave a voicemail. I called again later that evening to find out they had already charged my HSA card for $250 for the office visit. At first they told me I wasn't eligible for a refund because I missed my appointment without calling to cancel in advance. I then requested to speak to a supervisor. He decided that I was dues a refund and I should get it 7 to 10 business days, that was in February. I have called numerous times since then only to be told a different story every time. I was told it would take four to six weeks and numerous other time frames. I have contested it with the HSA Bank too. I received a call on October 5, 2023 ( 9.5 months after the originally scheduled visit), to verify my address for the check to be mailed, yet to date I have not received any check for $250 to refund their mistake. I have called twice only to be told it takes 7 to 10 business days to receive the check and they can't cut the check it is cut at a different office and my case has been escalated. The company acknowledges the mistake, the debt, and that it is scheduled to be refunded, but again no refund. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your vein health. This organization is horrible with book keeping and take advantage of people. If I knew the agency to report them to I would do so. My call is to the Better Business Bureau. Please go elsewhere, this organization has a horrible finance and billing Department. Laura Nuttle"
"Worst place ever. I went to the clinic in Kennesaw, GA and saw Dr. Gregory Erdelyan. He confused me with a different patient and was so rude and disrespectful to me. He asked me to leave the office. Then I called costumer service to complain and they asked me to send a written complain and gave a an email. I sent the email and they blocked me instead of helping me. Then after that I receive a $75 charge for a no show appointment ( and I did come) This is ridiculous!!! Worst place ever and worst Dr ever. No one listens to the complains and as of today I have no received my refund back."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would have. This company is a sham and has re-opened under a new name. My wife paid to have an ultrasound on her leg, scheduled an appointment based on pricing that was told her by one of the employees. On the day of her surgery they told her that the person who told her this information had given her wrong information and was fired. The actual price they told her to pay was WAY more. She left and never had the surgery. BUT we keep getting bills in the mail as if the surgery happened. We've called multiple times and no one is helpful. My advice - stay away from this company completely!"
"Worst medical experience of my life. While the Doctor was great, imagine having appointments that you scheduled months in advance cancelled within 24 hrs and within 30 minutes after you have already had one leg operated on. Then, when you talk to their foreign call center, they actually lie to you and tell you information that is totally inaccurate, like you will have to start the process all over with a new doctor. Also, telling lies about confirmed appointments and saying they spoke with the physical office in Kennesaw, when they didn't. After paying quite a bit in money and being told that, it is definitely not worth the stress. I probably had a new varicose vein pop out due to the stress! If you have a job and need to take time off work for these appointments, just know you look like a fool when the time you have scheduled off months in advance gets cancelled same day as the procedure is scheduled on. Then, it may get cancelled again within 30 minutes of the procedure, as it did to me. Lastly, you receive actual confirmation that their call center actually lies, blatantly lies. USA Vein Clinics- Two Thumbs down I wish I never would have went. A total waste of time and money. Also, know that any reviews on this thread prior to 10/1/2022 are for Vein Clinics of America, which was awesome. Now, it USA Vein Clinics and by "USA" they mean much of the staff you communicate with will be outside the USA. I get a enough scammers calling me everyday. I don't need to solicit them. Update 11/30: I Emailed you yesterday after you didn't call and I called you today. I understand you told me the issues I experienced were related to system issues your company was or is having. I find that an interesting form of resolution. Blaming the problem on something you have total control over. I really want to say a lot of bad things about your company, but I won't go on. I had my experience, which you made terrible."
