"When you tell someone they need a PET/CT scan to determine if the spot on their lung might be cancer and then force them to wait several days before giving them their results… ignoring their phone calls… you don’t deserve even 1 star… these folks just don’t care… get help somewhere else…"

"Our experience with this office was quite terrible. The provider they used for CPAP supplies continually called, said they would send supplies, billed the insurance company and then supplies would never show up. The doctor was made aware of this ongoing issue put I guess whatever kickback this office gets from the supplier takes precedence over the care provided to patients. My mother-in-law was the patient. She was diagnosed with a rapidly progressing ALS and quickly lost the ability to talk. I was her primary caregiver and every office except this one was very understanding and helpful in communicating with me. I placed a call to this office and a woman returned the phone call refusing to speak to me. My mother-in-law spoke on the phone and told her as best she could that they were authorized to speak with me and the woman on the phone, who was very rude, still refused. While I can appreciate wanting to ensure patient rights are protected when the situation was explained to every other office they provided what documentation was needed for them to speak with me. This woman did not offer any of that as my mother-in-law struggled to speak and clearly just wanted off the phone with us and the woman eventually just hung up with no resolution. Thankfully/unfortunately hospice started a few days later and we were able to get my mother-in-law as comfortable as possible with her medically necessary breathing equipment no thanks to the office she had been a patient of for years. The supplier they used also randomly showed up at our house to collect an old CPAP machine with no prior contact. Thankfully she lived with us in her final years so ours was the address on file otherwise they would have shown up to an empty house. I found it to be in incredibly poor taste to show up that way after a patient was deceased. We would have gladly worked things out with the providers office and supplier if anyone was willing to do so. I would not recommend this office if you are looking for a caring or responsive provider."

"Love Dr. V and the great staff!! Dr. V takes his time, asks questions and sincerely cares about your answers. I don't have problems with sleep, so no sleep study. I was given a prescription for my lungs that has made a 100% improvement! Professional, friendly and thorough!!"

"I was doing a 6 minute walk test when my oxygen level dropped to 83%, and my heart rate went up to 127 beats per minute. When I asked for the medical records from this office I received the form with my walk test on it. It did not reflect the 83% oxygen saturation but did reflect 127 beats per minute. It also said that the test showed no abnormalities. I was able to walk 2 minutes and no longer. That's when my oxygen saturation dropped and my heart rate increased. I disputed this form but of course it went nowhere because it was my word against theirs. Please whatever you do do not go to these doctors."

"You cannot ask for a better office. I see Dr. Lee who is the first doctor in my entire life to not dismiss me. He listens, we exchange ideas respectfully, and reach treatment decisions together. The entire office staff cares, especially Kristen who is phenomenal. I’ve never had a single billing issue, which I can’t often say for a doctors office. They handle refills flawlessly, and are so kind for how often I have to call them. I choose to go here over a specialty clinic made for my illness at a local hospital because I get better treatment at Cherokee Lung and Sleep than at a place designed for people like me. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They are amazing."
