Glenda Tarnoff is extremely thorough and ensures that her patients have the care they need and will help patients to clean up their charting so that their issues are very well documented."

"We were in crisis mode when I called to have my mom seen. We had a bit of an emergency over Thanksgiving and honestly was not sure I could get her an appt. in a timely fashion. They were able to see her within 3 days (impressive in itself). The level of attention Sharney Straub, PA, provided was exceptional. My mom is 82 yo and a new patient at this practice. All I can say is Dr. Mogelnicki and his staff are wonderful, attentive, professional and just incredibly great humans. Thank you for instilling faith in what appears to be, at times, a broken system. "I just called to book an appointment and they won’t book directly unless you know which doctor you would like to visit. As a new patient, I simply asked him to select a doctor or a nurse practitioner that can see my daughter right away vs the end of January! He wouldn’t look it up, said he cannot choose my care and told me to go to the website to choose a doctor. I was floored, I couldn’t imagine an elder trying to book an appointment because they likely wouldn’t know how to search I line, etc. Do yourself a favor and choose an office that’s willing to help you find an appointment without making you do the leg work."

"The appointment setter Dona is rude as anyone with that job could be . Cut me off multiple times , seemed she was aiming to get me to not make an appointment there ,generally unwilling to help me along in the process of setting up an appointment. Even lied at one point saying no doctor would be available til December - January. Only after calling the other location in holly springs was I able to know the truth (she told me to call the Woodstock location and they have a new doctor there that may have available appointments ) and set an appointment for 1 week out .. Why ??"
