"They don't answer the phone for anything. You could call at all times of the day but and they won't answer. Go up there and see that they're doing nothing at all from keeping them from answering. If they do answer it's immediately "can you hold" and you're left on hold for more than 20+ minutes. Dr Ahmed is nice but his front desk crew is no good at all."

"Got to be the worst office I've ever encountered in LIFE- I have never been to a location that is so unconcerned about its clients- no shade to the Dr. himself because I'm sure he has no idea what his clients go through constantly- no matter the day or time- never answer the phone, always have issues with appt times/schedule- and to have snooty employees just because they don't give a damn is a F in my book and trust me others will definitely say the same- I've witnessed to many people in the office with the same issues- please get some new staff b4 this buisness sink to the ground. Don't normally revert to reviews but got damn this can so frustrating when you're just trying to better your health."

"Dr.Ahmed is a great physician, very knowledgeable and reassuring with his patients. Front office staff WERE great, however Rachel (new staff member) is very rude and inconsiderate with patients when scheduling over the phone as well as face to face. She doesn’t have the skills to work front or back office at any medical facility."

"Dr. Ahmed is a wonderful doctor! He is incredibly kind and takes the time to listen to patients. We as patients need to understand that he has thousands of other patients as well. We should be kind and respectful to the front staff, as they deal with patients first. Oftentimes I have noticed how rude other patients are to the front staff. If we behave nicely, our work will get done faster, just a thought. Whenever I go there I am treated with respect and kindness from Sam in the front, Mikaela in the back, and then of course Jennifer and Dr.Ahmed! I highly recommended Dr.Ahmed as your primary care physician!"
