"My experience with Martina Cifiello was great. She's a warm, genuine and caring therapist. She takes the time to fully understand your problem and then develops a plan to resolve it. This BenchMark location in E. Cobb is often very busy, but the atmosphere is always casual and friendly (and often entertaining). At times Martina seems to be in high demand, working with 3 or even 4 patients with overlapping schedules. But even when that happens, you don't feel rushed or short-changed in any way. She's always there to provide direction and assistance when you need it. I highly recommend this BenchMark location and Martina in particular."

"Therapists themselves are wonderful. The front desk staff at this location on the other hand are abysmal and have no idea how to do their jobs. Constantly rude, often ignore me when I go in. They forgot to have me pay for my session and then sent a bill in the mail and called it overdue. And finally today they informed me that they canceled my entire case with no warning or explanation because I had to reschedule an appointment last month, now requiring me to find a new doctor to get a new referral in order to reopen the case. The Alpharetta location always took good care of me but I followed my therapist to this location. And now I’m not going to be able to see him anymore due to these incompetent admin staff."
