"My son has been a patient here since birth in August 2007, when Dr. Kim was the only provider, and this practice was second to none! Dr. Hoosainey was (& still is) so amazing we decided to stay versus go with Dr. Kim to his new practice. Up until yesterday I have not been sorry, however yesterday my they refused to see my son when we arrived early for his well check/physical and to get the required vaccinations to stay enrolled in High school. They said that his insurance was showing as inactive and I would have to pay upfront which I explained to them that I could not do that because my husband had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and was admitted to the ICU for nearly a week and just 72 hours after he was released to come home his grandfather in Ohio passed away and we had to travel to get his affairs in order and lay him to rest so I couldn’t pay upfront… so my son is at real risk of being unenrolled in High school because their next available appointment isn’t until November 29, 2023! And after 17 years we did not have any outstanding/bad debit etc. So there was no reason to make a child wait for preventative healthcare and required by law vaccinations. We tried the health department but they also have no appointments until October 2023! And it turns out- when I called the insurance company it turns out he has insurance and has had. Policy was already paid in full from 7/1/2023 until 12/31/2024! TERRIBLE way to treat your loyal customers and certainly not at all a good way to treat a kid! Wellstar should be ashamed of themselves! They had an opportunity to do the right thing and again they failed to do so!"

"Doctors there are fine, but it is the practice of Wellstar to add unnecessary, non-covered services without informing the patient. Don’t be surprised to receive a bill in the mail months later with no explanation. Its the same as if you go to a restaurant and they serve food you dont want and didnt ask for, and they charge you for it anyway. It is a scam. The fake non-profit Wellstar is dominating health are options in metro Atlanta and using it to their advantage, not yours."

"We absolutely adore Amy and Nancy. They are so kind and really invested in the health of our children. It's easy to get in to see them when the kids are sick. The office staff is efficient and responsive. Truly can't say enough good things about this practice."

"I love this practice. The staff, as a whole is the best! They are courteous, friendly and make you feel like they really care about your child. I’m always able to get an appointment. My child is loud and busy 2 year old and they don’t make me feel like a criminal or bad parent when she’s having a moment. Definitely recommend this practice to everyone looking for a group of doctors and nurse practitioners that care."
