"First time patient for migraines, headache for over 3 months. Front office staff were lovely, I didn't get their names. Very nice indeed so I don't get the bad reviews I know in customer service there are some rude customers so I personally can understand some responses. Very clean practice. Dr Islam and Khurram were both lovely. Thank you for showing genuine care today! A way a doctor should, and 2 women mind you! Girl power!"

"I have always been a little frustrated with this doctors office, but tried not to let it bother me until today. I understand the importance of needing a doctors approval for refills - but I left multiple voicemails over multiple days to make an appointment, finally got one and then got hung up on by the doctor because I expressed my frustration with the length of time it takes to get responded to. She then told me I was lying about leaving voicemails. That’s horrible business practice to hang up on a patient that did not cuss or raise their voice just because they are frustrated with the fact they’ve been out of medication because your front office can’t return phone calls. If this office continues to treat people the way me and apparently several other patients have been treated they will have all the time they need to respond."

"Dr. Khurram was simply amazing!! Every since I moved to Georgia I’ve been struggling to find a neurologist. It literally took her 5 minutes to take care of what I have been trying to get done with the VA for over a year!!! I went to my appointment with low expectations after numerous disappointments with other providers but when I say she was AMAZING I truly mean it. I left that appointment with renewed hope that I had abandoned years ago after years of being treated like a number and test dummy. Man I cannot thank her enough."
