"Finally, they got what they deserved. I worked there for a month. I took my Bible to work daily. Michael Price was not only abusive to his patients but to his wife Dr. Price, verbally n physically in the office. He wanted me to perform illegal duties that violated everything from HIPPA laws, Privacy act and Insurance fraud. I reported them to the labor board after he refused to pay me. He talked bad about Black patients living in urban neighborhoods and White patients who they continued to feed drugs to. Children were no exemption. Kudos to the Police department!"

"My first appointment 11/9/2018 was great everyone was respectful and Dr. Price was very kind, however now my husband has been trying to get an appointment and we have been cancelled on 3 times. On 11/29/2018 we waited 3 hours and the front desk man is EXTREMELY rude, was told he doesn't want to hear what I have to say, he doesn't have time, and he has other places he could be too as I had asked when was our turn since we were to be seen second and he let 4 people go back already, and we had another appointment we had to get to. He said he shouldn't have even came in today he wants no complaints he doesn't want anything. Patients do not need to be ridiculed, yelled at, or feel uneasy about being there. After all the patients are there for MENTAL HEALTH and Mr. Price obviously only cares about the money. He overlooks patients, takes back who he decides verses by appointment while patients sit and watch waiting their turn discouraged. Needless to.say after all.of this we were told there was no doctor and we couldn't be seen. Today 12/8/2018 we waited outside for 30 minutes waiting on someone to unlock the door, again no physician on site. We had to "video chat" which was on a phone only to be told we needed yet another appointment as the "physician" wasnt able to help my husband over the phone, but I was told my medications would be sent in before the end of the day but they we're never sent in. I called for several days I was told they were and my pharmacy lost them, I was put on hold forever, I had my pharmacy fax a refill request that was ignored, but finally on 12/17/2018 Mr. Price told me that Dr. Price was in the office and if I could come by he will have her write me a prescription because controlled substances can't be phoned into the pharmacy. I find that to be odd because there was no issue with my 11/9 medications. When I arrived on 12/17 the office was empty, which is something I have never seen, but I went to the window for my perscription and Mr. Price picked up a stack and I mean a stack of perscriptions, he handed me mine and I went on my way. I told my husband once I got back into the car that something wasn't right due to the amount of written perscriptions I saw not to mention all of my medications we're crammed on one paper. I have never seen that before but I've never had a paper script from here either. On 1/5/2019 we showed up for our appointment, mind you my husband had to be dragged to this because he is beyond fed up with trying to get help and being cancelled on every time due to no physician, today was no exception. We went in and was told that there was a water pipe that broke and the physician wasn't able to come in BUT she will be calling patients and we we're to come back around 12 to pick up any perscriptions since the physician was going to drop them off around that time. We went home and waited for a call that never came. I have rescheduled this phone consultation twice and have yet to receive a call back. Finally the receptionist told me that since it's been 2 weeks that she will make me an appointment for the office since the Dr. is in now (what?) for 2/1/2019. I advise everyone to heed the warnings posted in these reviews before putting yourself through the mental abuse and lack of care that you will receive from the office. *** 2/1/2019*** I showed up for my appointment only to find a sign on the door that this practice was shut down and I have to find a new doctor. I'm out of medication once again, Is there justice/compensation for us patients that have been subjected to the Price's greed? We the patients have suffered. Left without medication refills that some of us have been on for a long time puts our life/health at risk. The lies, impersonating, verbal abuse, added stress/anxiety has caused any progress that I have made with my mental health to diminish. So many questions, my anxiety is through the roof thanks to the Prices'. I already have trust issues and now I'm just expected to find another doctor and trust them after this 3 ring circus?"

"This all makes sense ,if they are the the same ones arrested for DUI and writing illegal Prescriptions. And Just think. They could have written anything about you or your child just because they were in a “ Mood” and you’d have a HECK of time trying to explain that to another Dr . . They should not!!! Be able to practice PERIOD !! Shameful"

"Mr. Price that answers the phone and runs the front desk is very rude and disrespectful to people. He talks to customers rude and do not like children in his establishment. I'm changing my child to clayton center. My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn't get seen until 11 am."

"This was my third visit and the owner of the business was extremely rude and disrespectful all three times he's a psychiatrist that sees children. the first time he told me that my children have to be quiet their children 3 and 4 you can't make them be quiet that explains why everyone inside did it make a sound. the second time I came he was rude and disrespectful and said there is no eating you have to get out with the food. the third and final time I was holding the door open for my wife who is walking in with my three year old and he's yelling from behind the counter come on man close the door then another lady who had a child that he was seeing said yes he was rude on the phone so he overheard us having a conversation and came from behind the counter with his chest pumped out saying all who wants to be canceled today you can leave right now.all he said who said I was rude over the phone you can get out. then we tried to explain to him that all she said was that he was rude over the phone he turned to us and said oh cancel their appointment they can get out right now then proceeded to call the cops on us this is the worst place you could ever send somebody do not go here coming from a father of 3 with disabilities and a wife with disabilities he proceeded to throw us out and he called the cops this place is so horrible he is privately owned so he feels that he can play God. This guy has a power trip issue and it's not like he's in law enforcement or anything he's a psychiatrist really"
