"My Son Attended This Location For A Few Months And I Highly Do NOT Recommend! You Would Think The Center Would Be More High Class And Better Equipped With Proper RBTs, BCBAs, And Just Overall Tools To Help Your Child Succeed But It Is The Total Opposite! Just For Starters The Physical Appearance On The Ouside May Seem Nice But Behind Those Double Doors Are Dim Lighting, Very Small Rooms, Dirty Carpet, Dirty Walls, old Equipment In The Gym, Nothing In The Class Rooms But A Table And Chair Set, A White Board On The Wall And A Dirty Mat On The Floor. No Pictures Or Educational Things On The Walls, No Toys, I Really Seemed Horrifying For A Special Needs Kid. Literally No Effort Was Put Into These Kids Having A Clean, Fun, Comfortable Environment. The RBTs Are Not Properly Trained. The BCBAs Quit Every other Month. There Were 4 Different Center Managers In The Short Time I Was There And My Child Was Injured Twice While In Their Care!!!"
"I wanted to get my son in as a new patient because they are not so far away, but they never answer their phone and voice-mail box is always full. Very disappointing."
"They are operating this clinic at a parking lot; no play ground for the kids; the inside of the building is very dingy and poorly lit... imagine a special needs child cooped up in the building for 7 straight hours 5 days a wk. How will that child thrive in the future. Kids need outdoor play and brightly lit indoors during the day. They had the audacity to take down and re-braid half of my (black) child's hair on a Friday, why and how is what I can't comprehend. I am a master cosmetologist so I can imagine how much pain was inflicted upon my child during the process. My child regressed so fast in the 2 months spent here. Shame on the clowns that work here. And you best not reply to this review or I will mention more of the rubbish you guys are perpetuating in that parking lot of yours. Just go suck on lemons, suckers."
"They never pick up the phone. My son's therapist quit and I was informed at the time there were no one to replace Laura and would stay in contact with me once a new therapist is on board. I NEVER received a call. 3 years later, no call. I'm still trying to get in touch with the Fayetteville location."
"I've been calling the Fayetteville location for a month now and no one answers. I applied online and got an email stating that my son's insurance was verified and a Care and Benefits Coordinator will contact me soon but it's been over a month and no one has called me. I went into the location a few days ago and the manager stated that they had a waiting list. I told her no one told me that, she stated if I would of spoken to her that she would of let me know. It would be nice if they actually answered the phone or actually called their potential customers back to atleast let them know there's a waiting list. I should of read the previous reviews about this company's lack of communication before wasting my time. Better to look elsewhere if this is how you do things. What a shame. Update: December 27th and still no call since September. I've communicated with this company through Instagram and Facebook as well, they let me know someone will call me and nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. Update: May 14th, we had the evaluation done in February and they informed us we'll be most likely ready to start sometime in April after staff is trained. It is now mid May almost June and no update. I feel like all they are doing at this point is evaluating kids to get paid and just have years long waiting list. What a shame."
