"I never got to experience the good service posted by other reviewers. As a former receptionist myself I know that first impression from your receptionist is what attracts business. In my opinion Taylor isn't very friendly. Whenever I asked a question there would be pauses before she answered as if she was annoyed. Other times she seemed short with her answers. I didn't like her energy at all and I decided to cancel my appointment. Even after doing that I was never asked about rescheduling or why I cancelled. I left a voicemail to cancel & after texting to confirm the cancellation I received a reply to my confirmation cancellation via text that said "This appointment was already cancelled earlier." No return call to confirm the cancellation. Hard pass for me on this location. I found a closer location and the receptionist was way more friendly and happily scheduled my appointment. Taylor needs to work on being more polite to potential new patients."
