"The front desk was very rude, unprofessional, also the doctor was very rude too, doctor does not like to listen to patients concerns, very slow, wait time is horrible and rushes patient’s out without explaining health, not a kid friendly place at all"

"Our children have been patients of Dr. James since their births and they are now 22 and 12 years old. She is very thorough, informative and always remember their school experiences, milestones even down to my daughter sucking her 2 fingers back in the day. My son survived pneumonia as a toddler because she ordered chest X-rays in time when his breathing was off. Over 22 years of great experiences with her practice which is never crowded or disorganized. The staff is always friendly as well."

"I used to go to Dr. James when I was in high school and I loved her. So naturally, now that I have kids, I thought she'd be a good fit. But I don't know what happened over the years. She's very slowful, rude and is a smart aleck. Her front desk manager Rebecca is rude and lies. I have been calling for over 2 weeks now for a refill authorization request. She keeps telling me that they faxed it over. But I have called my pharmacy and they've stated time and time again that they haven't received anything. I will never bring my kids here again. Not recommend them."

"I went to Dr. James for 8 years. She was amazing but that front desk lady has got to go. I called to make an appt for my newborn daughter. I have Medicaid for her until I can afford real insurance. I was told that the hospital that my daughter would be covered under me for 30 days until I can get her separate insurance. Also they told me since I have Medicaid my daughter is automatically approved and the pedi I choose can pull up the info. So I call to make the appt and the front desk lady asks for her insurance so I tell her that she’s under me for right now but they can also pull up the info. She says that my daughter has no info and that she is not covered under me. I argued for a minute and call the hospital back to check and make sure I was given the correct information. I was. Call back, still nothing and the lady was rude. Says i’ll have to pay $165 out of pocket since she has no insurance. That didn’t sit right, I called a different pediatrician and they said that she is 100% covered under me. I go to that spot and they give me her Medicaid info. I love Dr James and I wanted her to be my baby’s doc, but I’m not dealing that that rude snotty front desk lady. Ridiculous. Don’t go here if you don’t have private insurance, they don’t want to deal with you."

"Never ever again! Dr. James is a good doctor but I absolutely refuse to deal with her front desk manager again. She puts on this nice role until issues occur. Then she tries to make smart remarks on the sly, thinking that you’re not smart enough to catch on to it. She is a liar..... She tells you one thing and when it comes back up again. She says that she didn’t say it. My child is almost two yrs old and have been going here since she was born but NEVER again.!!!!"
