"I got a referral on the 26 of December for ENT which I REALLY NEED!! My appointment is today…. They NEVER submitted my referral to TRICARE!!! ENT will not see me until my insurance is approved or I pay $800 for the appointment because they have to run a scope. You cannot call the office directly, I have called several times and they refuse to let me talk to the doctors office. They said a message has been sent to my primary care. I just transferred to this office.. it looks like I will be transferring again. Oh the other thing, I switched doctors because my other primary care put me on two medications that WILL cause brain bleeds and my pharmacist is the one that caught it. When asking the physician he replied with…. I think you are bipolar and I am going to put you on trial medication for it.. I am telling this because when I came to this office. My primary care here… when I addressed my concerns with her, her response was…. Well your other doctor….. ugh. YOU ARE MY DOCTOR!!! If I wanted to stay with the opinions of the other doctor I would have stayed there. Because of this office I will be missing the most important appointment I have needed for a year."

"Beth is great, the issue is that you can no longer call the front desk with any issues or concerns. Then the app will cancel your appointment and the staff doesn't seem to care and just argues with you. If you have an emergency good luck! Plus they miscode services so your insurance won't cover it. I've had to dispute with them now than once just this year."
