"The doctors are great/fine when you see them. However, the customer service is abysmal. Why? Because you can never reach them... at least not at this location. A year ago if you called this location the phone would ring three or so times and send you to voice mail about 96% of the time. They have since added a call queue. But it's a useless one, because even after a whopping 74 minutes (no exaggeration at all) during normal office hours, no one will answer. That's appalling unacceptable. Hopefully they fix this."

"Had an appointment as a new patient for a physical scheduled for over a month for some serious health issues that I am having. They called me 2 hours before my appointment (after I took the day off of work to come to my appointment) to cancel because the dr wasn’t In today. When i called back to reschedule i was on hold for 30 minutes and eventually had to call a different extension to get someone to even pick up. She stated next available they could see me was in 3 more weeks (after I already had to wait a month for my appointment that was supposed to be today). Not a good first impression. I will be going elsewhere"

"It was wonderful meeting with everyone we met today. Everyone was very nice and the nurses and doctor was nice and took time to talk with us. If we had questions she answered right away and explained things so we both understood. I am glad we went there."
