"I started the process, just to get a consultation December of 2022. Filled out all of the paperwork and returned it via email. Watched the seminar and never heard back. Emailed them to make sure they received paperwork, they wanted me to call my insurance again. So I did and received different answers the second time. Sent paperwork back in. Hear nothing. Started over again in June because I started a new job and had new insurance. By July I had heard nothing from them. So I sent an email asking for an update. Please wait two weeks was the reply, ok two weeks I emailed them again and was told it would take two weeks. I said it’s been two weeks. Finally a month later in August I received a phone call and make an appt. By this time I had almost met my deductible but they could not get me in until January 2024 ok. So now it is January and I get a call that an appt I have been waiting 6 months for now needs to be moved. The doctor can see me the 10th but that I will also need to be at my regular appt on the 22nd. This is the worst customer service and treatment I have ever received."

He is super knowledgeable, informative, and patience. I would recommend him to anyone. This is the doctor you want. 10/10 highly recommend."

Dr JP listens to your concerns and goals. Based on the conversation he then recommends the surgery that will be best for you. My only regret is that I did not take this step sooner.
