"The appointment only lasted 5 minutes and it was virtual which is okay but I actually thought that there was going to be a doctor there to actually look at my right ankle/Achilles area. The doctor never sent over the referrals for my x-ray or MRI even though I told him I have been in pain for almost 2 months now. It was a total waste of my morning and I had so many other things to do today on my day off. I left there in the same shape as I was too bad I couldn't not get an appointment sooner with my PCP. I was supposed to be refunded my money and I don't have a receipt right now saying that my $25 which was my copay it's going to be refunded to me so I don't trust that either. I am a registered nurse so I know how things should be done this is not good patient care. I realized that this is supposed to be quick care but to me it was just taking my money and no care at all. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating for as much as she could be I will give her 4.5* for herself.."

"Because the owner of the office and the young lady at the office did not have my paperwork ready that day I got seen and I was totally upset because I was expecting my paperwork to be ready before I left my appointment because I’ve been told that my paperwork will be signed before I leave my appointment and my paperwork was not signed and important documents was not signed but other than that everything else was great"
