"The Doctor and Nurse Practitioner are great. So is the office staff. However, don’t expect to get prescription refills in a timely manner. They make no excuses for taking 48 hours to call in a refills. I often have to call repeatedly to get prescriptions that I am out of."

"Update! The value of medical attention my wife got at Walmart health care was so much more that she ever got from this Emory office. Deceptive billing. My wife has been there at least 7 times and has never been seen by a Doctor. She has only been seen by a nurse practitioner. We are self paying $189.00 for a visit but another bill arrives mid week for whatever they want. Patients right to a full explanation is not happening. Amy the diplomatic front speaks to codes for the up charges but doesn't explain directly to what exactly the charges are for. Amy talks in circles which is frustrating. They really don't pay attention to what the patient says. My wife has repeatedly told them to send the prescriptions to Kroger yet they go to CVS. Amy said she'll ask the Doctor to pay closer attention. Really? We are afraid to go back there."

"I should have read other reviews regarded billing before continuing with appointment. Was charged for a service twice. Took billing SEVERAL months to respond to message through portal and trying to get billing on the phone was impossible. Also tone of message was very condescending. Was basically told I was charged for the “reading of the results” of EKG In office on original EOB and then charged separately months later on different EOB for the EKG test. I don’t understand why I would be responsible for the charge twice. Also the reading of the results is the same price as the test? You would think one would be cheaper than the other. It seems very deceptive. None of my results from blood work/sleep study were ever relayed to me. Was just expected to view my chart I guess? I had no idea of the sleep study results until a third party company called me to sell me a CPAP machine. I had no idea about it the diagnosis. It’s just frustrating. You pay so much money to see a provider and they don’t let you know your results. Getting 3 stars because the staff was honestly very nice and professional when in the office. Doctor was also very great and seemed to care. Just distasteful when they don’t follow up after appointment with results after you have spent so much money with them. Sadly will not be returning. Has left a bad tasted in my mouth. Hope this review helps others when making appointment."

"Went in for a follow up on a prescription literally a 10 minute visit. They billed my insurance seeing Brian Lewis MD for 430.00. I saw Karen the nurse Practioner for the visit. That is crazy ridiculous. The billing department is no help. They told me they had a new computer system which explains why she thought I was a new patient. Just not impressed at all with the office anymore let alone how they are over charging insurance companies. Been going there for 6 years and definitely not returning."
