"Had to wait entirely too long for a physical. All this place does is occupation drug tests and physicals no real treatment so it SHOULD have been a dialed in process you’d think with only offering a couple of services. There were only two patients in the building and it took 90 minutes total for a staff of 2-3 nurses and 1 doctor to get me a drug test/ physical and get me out the door. All that wait just for the doc to come tap on my knee with a mallet and see if I could do a full squat. 30 minutes of that was just waiting in the exam room sitting on that table awkwardly after the nurse says the doctor will be in in a minute. Just a huge waste of my day with staff who lack efficiency and urgency when folks need to get on with their day. You do two things. Make your processes efficient and keep it moving."

"The staff was frendley, and got me in pretty quickly. I just think the place, especially the lobby, be more inviting. Not so run down looking."

"You get treated kinda like you’re In the booking dept at jail. Unfortunately I’ve been there and that’s the same attitude and treatment most the staff gives you, I have to take random drug tests for work and I hate going here. Also it took 2 and 1/2 hours just to piss in a cup. I would rather spend my own money and get it done somewhere else."
