"Worst experience of my sisters life, she went to the this rotten clinic on 2/15/24 to get a Pap smear, and this is not the first time she gets this done, for that being said the experience she in countered was traumatic. She felt violated and and went home crying of the pain she had, she had this pain for just a simple Pap smear that was so painful that that she expressed to me and my mom that she fainted and when this happened the lady(girl) that was conducting the procedure she had curly hair, was short and lite skin tone late 30s, sorry she forgot her name. She had a apparently an assistant that was from the front desk helping her I’m guessing to conduct the procedure that my sister was getting done she looked in her 20s she looked Hispanic and and chubby at this point she doesn’t know if this people are professional certified of the pain she she felt when the doctor told her she might feel pressure and she didn’t feel much pressure at the beginning and it was normal because she had gotten this done before and went she saw that she push more to create pain and said u might have a little of bleeding but it was more than that it felt like everything she did was intentionally to make me feel a lot pain and don’t forget the assistant that went to get me water went I fainted of the pain that made this, and told the front desk people that aww she fainted and laughed with them and one said did it hurt that much while laughing please if anyone has any way to help my sister report them we are trying to contact human services hope no know ever experiences this disgusting heartless place, the have no feelings"

"If you want a doctor that truly cares about their patients look no further. Dr. Romulus is heads and shoulders above any other doctor I've met. We moved further away but still see her since she is the best!"

"Very irresponsible Doctor, I went there today 11 29 2023, at 12:30 P.M for a consultation, the doctor told me I need medication, she was supposed to send prescription it's 7 P.M she haven't send prescription, i have call at 3:00 P.M asking for prescription, I called again at 5 P.M no answer, I just can believe it, I went there because I feel sick, and no prescription, is unbelievable, I'm at an immediate care right now, feeling sick."

"Worst customer service ever. As a medical professional myself, the front desk is the face of the practice. They don’t greet you, keep their window closed with rude signs like “don't knock” I had to ask the doctor who was taking my vitals, what her position was within the practice. The person who drew my blood was fishing in my arm when I have the best veins & have never had an issue. No reminder for appointments. I had my labs performed on on 09/06 & still haven’t received my results. I called myself on 10/09 & requested they be emailed to me & her response was “you have to come into the office to review them first” Absolutely not! What a waste of time. Glad I didn’t take my children there. The staff is young, combative & immature. They don’t know the first thing about being compassionate towards their patients. Please hire better people. Healthcare shouldn’t be this mediocre. PS. I’ve emailed them 3 times since the call & they STILL haven’t sent me my results. Their withholding my records. Beware!!! Don’t waste your time."

"I will say if you want to go here for just Primary Care they are fine and good for that, but if you are trying to get a physical so that you can be cleared for any other reason and you have to have your files transferred out, don’t it is a nightmare and I have spent 3 months waiting and they have yet to send them, finally after me calling twice a day for 4 days straight sometimes I’d have to call 6 or 7 times to get ahold of them, only then did they send them. But I found out they didn’t send the one thing I needed them to send so I had to take myself all the way back just so I could personally send and take them to my specialist."
