"He has been my doctor for 10 years...Very affordable!! I moved and I still drive 45 minutes to see him over the doctors in Hiram."
"Best urgent care to go to. I don't have insurance at the moment, been here a couple times and each time was minimal wait. I was expecting at least an hour wait or more, I waited 10 minutes. Got brought back and seen the Dr. Then, visit over. Was handed the scripts needed or labs referral and done. All in a matter of 20 minutes. Good bedside manner, great front desk staff. Will continue to go here, and will tell as many as I can about this place."
"The New Location - very small, maybe 10 small plastic chairs in the waiting room. The front desk is incredible rude! Told me no more walk-ins. I have to make an appointment. Also, no phone call to renews scrips. Thanks for letting everyone know!! AND, absolutely NO handicap parking. The closest one was about 400 feet away. Definitely an ADA violation. Dr.Bob is great but, I guess it's time for me to move on."
"I'm great full for having discovered this urgent care clinic. You know upfront your cost and it is less than what I would pay under my insurance copay/deductibles. The care and explanation I get from Dr Carlson has been exemplary. Minimum wait time"
"I'm new to the area and don't have a new primary care physician so I came here. I came in with potential sinus infection to see of that's what it was and to get an antibiotic. The doctor comes in without wearing any mask while every other member in the facility is wearing one. I ask the doctor politely to wear a mask and he flat out refused to and gave excuses. For my and his safety I wanted him to wear a mask. I came in myself wearing a mask and face shield. He refused too wear a mask then refused me service."
