"My appointment was for today 11/7/2023 at 3:40PM Sydney C was my PA. I was bit nervous based on the reviews and the rating 2.2 for Google reviews who wouldn’t be. Sydney was very pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, understanding and patient. Sydney showed she truly cared about me as a patient. I felt extremely comfortable with her. Sydney knew what was going on with me almost instantly after seeing multiple doctors. She recommended specialist for me if I would need one. She displayed her level expertise and that within itself would make a new patient such as myself have trust. I highly recommend Sydney and I’m glad she’s a part of the CVS MinuteClinic if she were to go elsewhere I would follow her. She’s that awesome!!! Thank you CVS for the minute-clinic and thank you Sydney for your expertise."
"Don’t waste your time making an appointment as they still see people in the order you get there. I arrived at 9:30 for my 9:50 appointment to just get a blood test and a TB skin test read and I didn’t get my blood drawn until 10:25. I was then sent back into the waiting room to wait to get my TB skin test read, and it’s currently 10:45. Just go to the health department, which I should’ve done as last time I was there, I was in and out. Very disappointed."
"I had a 9:00 am appointment, 1st available this day. I've been checked in by a nurse. No staff has showed up for treatment. It's 10:00 and the waiting room is 5 deep. So much for my job."
"Avoid. So, I am in between insurances and was having some pretty bad sickness for a week so I decided to go here to maybe get some relief. I paid out of pocket ($180 ) for a strep test/talk with a doctor. The doctor on staff was horrible. It was like she had no interest in listening and I was irritating her with my presence. She looked in my ear and now 15 minutes later my ear is swelling and in pain. She didn’t say I had an ear infection. So hopefully it doesn’t get worse. She didn’t prescribe any medicine to make me feel comfortable for my sickness like an antibiotic because I’ve missed 4 days of work. She just said “ you have a virus. Take ibuprofen “. Any question I asked she said is “it’s a virus”. Wow, thanks. I could of saved $180. I knew that much. I’ve had better experience at the one in hickory flat."
"Go to an urgent care instead. Waited 45 minutes passed my appointment time on 3 separate days when I was here way more than 10 minutes early. Can’t rate the actual care because I never received any service. No possible way to check in from your vehicle (they tell you to not come in), can only cancel/reschedule your appointment. Don’t waste your time. I’d be willing to bet you’d get cheaper & quicker service at urgent care."
