"I've been calling and calling this clinic for weeks on end with no luck. The phone just rings and rings or a message comes on saying; "The wireless customer you've called is not available and to try your call again later. ""
"This place doesn't care about you at all if you have 0 insurance. The lady was cold and very nonchalant about a health issue that she asked about after hearing that I had no insurance ( The web says they take people with no insurance) Basically it's a $175 fee with no insurance plus whatever fees that is added after the procedure that the doctor sees fit to do, so you will be in the clouds about how much money is really needed to actually get seen."
"We have been patients at the FCC since 2016 and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. Susan (the receptionist), Tennant (medical assistant) and our provider, Ida Smoth (RN) have been amazing since day one. We are always treated well and Ida has been the only one that's been able to get my thyroid into the normal range. She always listens to my concerns and never disregards them. She also gives a kind reminder of what we should do to take care of ourselves. I would love for them to get funding for dental care since it's so expensive. At least preventive care would be amazing. They treat everyone I've seen, regardless of their race, equally and are welcoming. Awesome team of professionals!"
