"this clinic has BLM activist working there. BLM has openly endorsed hamas and the death and destruction of the Jewish people. the employees wear t shirts and pins with BLM on them. would you expect a black person to go to a klan rally for their health care? this is insane Wow where do they find people like this. they are hostile they are rude they do not offer service but they will transfer you someplace if you like as long as they dont have to get out of their chair. they really do not know what the hell they are doing. you get the feeling if you slip someone a 20 you might get an appointment. they simply do not care. they are vile"
"If there was a way to give, not a single star, I would. This place looks good from the outside, and that's it. I have never met my doctor, not once. Instead, I get to see temporary doctors who are there for 2 weeks and can't really help me with any issue I am having. Making an appointment here is harder than getting into Harvard. This is disgusting, seeing as you probably will never meet your primary care provider. Do they respond to messages? NO. Do they follow up on messages sent by the main VA? NO. As a matter of fact, I have had an operator tell me that dont follow up on the messages they send. Will you be able to discuss labs with your doctor? If you guessed NO, you are correct. I had to put in a complaint with patient advocacy in order to get a call from the clinic, and they were supposed to call me back, did they? NO This place is hot garbage"
"Do not go here!! This is where people go to die. Nobody hates veterans more than these people. Anyone leaving comments that this place is even adequate is a liar or a fool. The people working the front desk are racist idiots, not to mention rude and ignorant, with a deep disdain for patients; while the nurses and doctors demonstrate a level of incompetence and neglect which borders on criminal behavior. I literally had to call the police on them last time I was there, (they actually came and pulled the doctor out of the exam room). You would be better off at a hospital in Syria or Yemen…I’m not joking. The VA is the worst health care system in the world, the Atlanta VA is the worst amongst the VA system, and the west cobb clinic is the worst of the Atlanta VA…that’s saying something. Absolute worst of the worst! Every person there needs to be fired immediately, have their licenses revoked, and never be allowed to work in health care again."
"I moved to Georgia less than a year ago and was assigned to the clinic. Out of nine video appointments, I logged on, and for ZERO of those appointments this clinic has failed to log on. I have rescheduled an additional 6 appointments, for a total of 15 appointments scheduled at this clinic. I have been seen ONE time by the provider, all other 14 appointments were canceled due to the provider being on vacation or the provider simply not showing up for the appointment. I've been on hold for a video appointment for the last 20 minutes as I write this review for the third rescheduled women's healthcare provider and no provider has joined the session. The appointment was 15 minutes ago. This clinic is not committed to the schedule they make for themselves. Georgia VA is very very disorganized and does not seem to care about the health of it's patrons. Huge lack of communication."
"Was supposed to have a video appointment, waited around for 20 minutes and my provider never got on the call. Pretty much what you’d expect from the VA…. A bunch of people who have no respect for Veterans or their time"
