"I didn't know my lab work had to be done within 30 days of my visit. They were done 11 days past that cut-off period. I was told the day before my visit I couldn't be seen even though I explained my blood pressures were spiking again. I had to arrange the day off from work and had to make sure I had saved enough money for this visit. This rigidity put my health at risk. I'm seeking care elsewhere."
