"Extremely unprofessional. The doctor was three hours late for a virtual call. After calling the front desk four times, the receptionist passed the phone to the Doctor who claimed "We are very busy". He did not apologize for missing the appointment or not calling. Basically, we wasted three hours waiting for them to follow through on the appointment and they never did. I asked the front desk person to call me back and he never did. I do not recommend this place."

"I absolutely love Dr. E. He’s so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about everything you would need to know. This office saved my life. I see a lot of reviews about the office and staff and yes the office is old. The wait times can be rough but ITS WORTH IT. They see so many patients each day because they want to see everyone that needs to be seen. The staff have always treated me fairly and I have had no issues at all. Just know, if you are thinking about getting an appointment, do it."

"My first time here, had appt for over a month. Appt time was 3:30, waited for over 2 hours!!!! No apologies for the wait or nothing!! No toilet paper in bathroom! No water fountain!! Upset and disappointed is an understatement! Plus it's 50 miles from me. Will not be back."

"I saw these horrible reviews before I chose to go to this place without having many options, but I took a chance and it was a huge mistake. Let me start by saying that the other reviews are 100% accurate. I set up an appointment for my wife. It was set further out then we would have liked but we had no choice. I called the office one day to see if an earlier appointment had opened and they told me that we could do a walk in. I asked if there was a good chance to be seen without waiting all day and they said yes as long as it was in the morning. We ended up walking in at 11AM and waited until 4PM and never got seen. The front desk was rude, extremely unprofessional and could not care less. We asked several times why we weren't being taken back to see the doctor and they refused to give a straight answer. The waiting room was disgusting, the bathroom was disgusting and the employees were even worse. We ended up leaving. Still not having many options, we waited for our actual scheduled appointment knowing that we would have better chances of actually being seen, even if they made us wait another 4 hours. The day of the appointment, my wife called the office to ask the exact time as she had forgotten but knew it was atleast a few hours later than the time she actually called to see. They informed her that she had no appointment on file. This is after we called 4-5 times to set the appointment originally and ask questions. They even acknowledged our appointment date when we did the walk in by saying "Be patient or just come back in a week for your actual appointment". After having it out with the rude and incompetent people working there, I just gave up. We wasted 5 hours on our day off and never got seen and then they wasted my wife's time by telling her she had no appointment. She had already driven an hour and taken off work. I understand if you might not have many options but please do not EVER step foot in this "Clinic". You will be disrespected and you might even get sick from being there. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor."
