"I would give them zero stars if it was an option. They don’t answer the phone! They don’t return calls. I showed up to speak with someone at the hospital and they conveniently were “out of the office” today. They owe me $580.00 due to me paying my bill, and my insurance adjusting a mistake. They were paid twice, and I have spent over a month trying to get my refund… one (and only) returned phone call was from a rep who wasn’t authorized to do refunds and all she did was yell at me. This business is the worst run business I have ever encountered! They are a NIGHTMARE! Avoid at all costs!"

"The year is 2023, cars are driving themselves, AI is writing books, the modern world is going cashless and West Georgia Anesthesiology is unable to accept credit card payments. Checks or cash only. If this is how they run their business, one can only imagine how outdated their medical practice is. I thank the lord I am alive and pray for the souls of anyone brave enough to use a provider stuck in 1986."
