"Lost spleen in tramanic accident. After 4 days of hospital stay. I was sent home with Lortab5. Granted I had a traumatic fall and 15 staples across my stomach. They plainly stated they don’t do pain control. Horrible!!"

"Very disgusted at the lack of compassion, empathy, professionalism and attention to detail with this practice. My husband had an urgent matter after being treated in the ER, I called WAS HUNG UP ON 5 TIMES on the 6th time I was able to book an appointment, was told it was today at 2pm AT THE VILLA RICA LOCATION she reiterated the location NUMEROUS TIMES, only to arrive at that location to locked doors. We call the practice only to be told they are not serving patients in villa rica today, obviously we had already taken time off work, made childcare arrangements, drove the 25 min to the appt etc. I asked if we drove 15 min to the other location (keep in mind they have a 15 min grace period) since the error was ON THEIR SIDE NOT OURS (even the confirmation text and email said villa rica) if he could still be seen TODAY since we have already missed work and made arrangements on our side for this appt. The doctor refused to see him today, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, simply stating its not their problem because the girl who booked the appt was off today and completely brushed us off. I will NOT do business with this very incompetent, unprofessional office, we will take our business elsewhere."

"Thank you Dr. Griffin for taking care of me. The surgery he performed was awesome. He explained everything to me before the surgery and after the procedure was done he explained everything to my husband everything that I needed to do. The surgery was a success and it fixed a lot of issues that I had going on. I call my incisions battle wounds and they are healing quickly and the ones that are small incisions are starting to fade away. The bigger incision is healing great. If you need a surgeon I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks again Dr. Griffin."

"Dr. Barry Harris is amazing. He is caring and compassionate. He was thorough and got my gallbladder out successfully and was happy he could help me get out of pain! Tanner’s nurses at outpatient surgery were really nice too. 10/10 would definitely recommend."

"My husband had to have a hernia repair done by Dr. Griffin. He initially went in to see a NP/PA for his first visit on June 12th. He was scheduled for surgery on June 17th. We went in to Higgins Memorial Hospital and met with the Anesthesiologist whom might I add was wonderful and welcoming. Dr. Griffin did not come in to see us prior to surgery. After the surgery was performed Dr. Griffin came in to inform myself and my mother in law of my husband's procedure and how it went (My husband was in recovery). Dr. Griffin never returned to discuss the procedure with my husband, you know the one actually having the procedure done. After that we went to the office on July 1st for his follow up, which I thought surely Dr. Griffin would be there to look at his work to assess the wound and what not. Dr. Griffin was not who we saw we saw his assistant whom was not present at the time of the procedure. I am in the medical field and have never seen practices like this, why didn't he have the human decency to even speak to my husband at all but operated on him? I can bet Dr. Griffin wouldn't allow someone to operate on him without meeting the doctor!!"
