"This place is OK. Only problem I have is they make you an appointment then it gets changed. Then you go several weeks without being seen bc they book the appointments when your therapist isn't there or they're on lunch or whatever excuse they come up with. Hopefully they get it together soon !"

"3/31/23 3:45pm Tried to call and make appointment with Pathways Doctor. I was on hold until 3:58pm. I hung up and tried again at 4:09 pm. I was on hold until I got cut off at 4:17pm. I called again around 4:35 pm and was on hold until 4:50 pm when I got cut off again. W.T.H Pathways?! You can't leave people on hold like that. It's so unprofessional."
