"Like to start off with the receptionist she was very rude and blunt I didn’t appreciate the way she treated other patient waiting to get called by the doctor. I had asked a question and I was still left very confused, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. From my perspective I saw some Spanish speakers struggling to communicate with her I’m pretty sure her name is Laura. The other Receptionist was kind and sweet she made me feel better about my visit as well as the doctor was very sweet and helpful , loved them. I would give this place a 2 star only because I didn’t feel welcomed and felt as if I was not valued as a patient there with the receptionist, the company needs to make better choice with who they place on the front desk and put more positive, helpful, and kind people here. The only reason I would come back to Georgia highland is for the doctors because they cared for me and helped but , for me to see that receptionist I would be very VERY hesitant to come back. Hope management sees this because I saw a real issue."

"This practice and the nurse practitioners are beyond inconsiderate. Left 2 voice male in 1.5 weeks re medicine refill and no one returned the calls or put it in. Finally had to go in person to talk to someone. only star they get is because of Gustavo who made sure u was heard and got back to me. pretty sure the doctor was aware of it but did not call us or explained the reason for delay and hold up. For the record it was Dr. Younis"

"Today was my first (new patient) appointment and I was very impressed by the staff, nurses and Dr Madhavan. They were all very thorough and patient. I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend."

"Horrible customer service, disorganized, and understaffed. My sister waited two hours for a CHECK UP and was not given an apology nor update on when the doctor would be coming to her room until she asked herself. The doctor proceeded to take an extra 15 minutes until she was able to leave. Super unprofessional."
