"I am so thankful for this place! From the front desk to the nurse to the PA that assisted us today everyone was amazing. Dixie was very thorough and walked me through everything with my son. I wish I remembered the nurse and front office woman’s name also. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. We came on a Sunday the 11th during the day."

"All I can say is Carol J Scully made the wait absolutely worth it!!! My daughter had an awful ear infection. We waited an hour and when we were finally seen, Carol blew me away with how wonderful she was! I bragged about her to all of my loved ones who were concerned about my daughter!! She took her time and I’m absolutely thrilled she put a smile on her face even with an ear infection. She interacted with her in such a timely manner. I know urgent care can feel so rushed because of how busy it can be and she just had the best bedside manner!! I hope to continue seeing her there! Thank you Carol J Scully for the amazing experience!!"

"everyone here is amazing. had to reserve a time slot due to the amount of people waiting - not a problem better than 6 hours in the ER. went in and told Dr Scully my problem and she immediately took a look and identified my issue. I had already been to one other doctor was told I had a minor cold. I knew that wasn't the truth but this DR was immaculate. I will be visiting this urgent care anytime I need to. Amazing work here."

"The staff are very kind at this location but I won’t be returning because of billing. My boyfriend just received a bill from his appointment for October of LAST YEAR! I went in Friday with a case of poison ivy. I paid the free of $209 ( I don’t have insurance) and was told I would be billed for what happens in the back. When I was told I needed a shot I asked the price and was told $23-$30 dollars. So I agreed. The next day I received a bill for $82 with a random injection charge of $72. Apparently the medicine in the shot was as estimated but the additional charge is for the actual injection per the rude lady I spoke to in billing. I admit I did become frustrated on the phone but this just doesn’t make sense to me. I just feel it’s very unfair being that I agreed to the $20-$30 for the shot but was never informed about an “injection fee”. Apparently I should have asked for a printed estimate first. Again staff was wonderful but in these times shady billing will keep us from returning"

"This is hands down the most amazing urgent care. The whole staff is kind and caring. Dr Salsberry has the best bedside manner of any urgent care or Er doctors that I have ever encountered. His nursing staff is amazing. I felt like they truly care and listened to my concerns. Even Tamika at the front desk was kind. I would highly recommend this location at Dallas."
